By the way, did you know July 19th is National Ice Cream Day? I didn’t either! Apparently, August 19th is also National Soft-Serve Ice Cream Day, which is slightly confusing, but whatever. The Freezing Cow in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma specializes in 100% lactose free, keto-friendly hand-rolled ice cream.

Jay’s Italian Ice in Raleigh, NC doesn’t technically serve ice-cream, but their italian ice treats are just as refreshing as ice-cream on a hot, Summer day.
