Their undated Mind & Money Planner is a great option to assist you with your budget goals this year. It comes in a beautiful powder blue or a soft taupe and includes monthly Budgeting and Expense trackers.
There are also pre and post monthly check-ins to set your intention before the month begins and then reflect on your monthly wins, as well as any learning opportunities. I also like the motivational monthly affirmations and quotes.

Be Rooted
The 2025 Monthly/ Weekly Calendar includes monthly Goal Setting sections as well as weekly Mood Trackers. Planners feature vibrant, sturdy hardcovers, gold wire coiling, and they’re printed on premium heavy paper to avoid bleeding through from the previous page.
There’s also a beautifully bound 160 lined page journal with dates at the top of each page. It’s not technically a planner BUT it makes the perfect companion piece for your planner with lots of room for journaling, note taking, writing down your favorite affirmations, etc.
Mattie James
The 2025 Everyday Magic Planner comes in two gorgeous, colorful designs, both with premium 120 GSM, Ivory paper, a sturdy hardcover, and gold spiral binding.
Each planner has daily, weekly, and monthly views; notable features include weekly meal planning sections with grocery list spaces, daily water trackers, and reminders/ to-do sections.
Each daily view also includes the prompt, “How will I make today magic?”, a great way to start your day with positivity and intention.
Mattie James also carries meal planning notepads (I plan to hang mine in our kitchen, so I don’t have to hear “What’s for dinner?” all day!) and Gratefulness Journals.
Inspire Blueprint
Their 6 Month Undated Planner with weekly and monthly views is a great option for Mamas who are looking to start your own business!
Helpful features include pre-planning and launch planning sections for your newest venture. There are also monthly Success Plan sections, spaces for brainstorming and project planning, and weekly Key Focus, Content Planning, and Project Tracker sections.
Four pages per week provides plenty of space to keep track of whatever life has in store for you over the next six months.
Project Chick
Born out of creator, Dr. Brittny A James’ need for a planner to suit her unique needs as a mom, college professor, and owner of multiple businesses, the 404 Edition Planner focuses on project management. Inspired by Dr. James’ visit to Atlanta a few years back, the planner is full of references and callbacks to the thriving, vibrant, and unique culture of the A.
While the six-month undated planner has monthly views to keep up with your important dates, it’s primary focus is the extensive project planning pages and notes sections to plan your big ventures down to the most minute detail.
Other fun features include extra stickers and labels to personalize your planner and help organize your thoughts. Also available in a digital version!
She’s It Lifestyle

Girlfriends Ink
Their 2025 planner comes in three designs: Dream, Plan & Achieve, Girl Got Goals, and Live With Purpose, each with monthly and weekly views.
One of my favorite features? Definitely, the spaces for weekly positive affirmations and “I am grateful for…” prompts start your week off right.
Newer features in this year’s planner include an additional notes section, yearly financial planner, and an updated self-care workbook.
Choosing The Best Black Owned Planner To Suit Your Lifestyle & Needs
As you can see, there are some amazing Black owned planners on this list that are PERFECT for busy moms. These planners are great options whether you’re looking to focus on your finances, goal planning, or working in your business this year (or some combo of the three!).
But, how do you choose the best planner for your needs? Here are a few questions to ask yourself:
- How often will you update your planner? If you like to plan out your week or month, you may need not need an all-in-one planner with daily views.
- What areas do you want to focus on this year? If your main focus is better budgeting, a planner with detailed finance sections may help you achieve your goals in that specific area.
- Do you keep track of your kids’ schedules as well as your own? If so, you may want a planner with multiple views (daily, weekly, and monthly) in order to help you track everyone’s schedules and maintain a general view of your month at a quick glance.
